Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the mystery nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, orders enter our fulfillment queue and cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@midniteparcel.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right.

Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out within 5 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
